Does the job well.
I bought this to secure luggage on bike’s pillion seat. The elastic bands look durable and they maintain strength after repeat uses. I liked the reflective strips on the elastic, it shines well at night. The clamps at ends are made of plastic so I don't fear scratches on bike paint. I would have liked the band to be wider though.

The chord is sturdy and the hooks are solid
The chord is sturdy and the hooks are solid. The reflectors on the chord help a lot on highways. The only concern is that the gripper and chord are joined together with just a metal hook through the chord. It looks like this connection will tear through the chord over time.
