I’m super picky when it comes to straighteners. I hate that some of them cause my hair to frizz, even if I add stuff to it before hand.I took a before picture, to show how crazy my hair was. Then the after picture when it was straightened.It heats up super fast. It has a Velcro strap on the cord, so you can keep the cord tied when it’s not in use. It also has a lock, so the straightener isn’t constantly opened. I thought that was neat.It took me about 7 minutes to straighten my hair. Which is normal for my thick hair.I do have to do smaller amounts because it’s a smaller straightener width, but other than that- I really love it so far. My hair isn’t staticky at all, and I’ve still got my hair down. That’s unusual because I usually put it right back up in a ponytail, since it does get frizzy, and it drives me crazy on my neck! And it straightened my bangs super well, which doesn’t happen often!!!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ for sure!!!!

This product is not worth the money at all. It is a pretty rose "gold" .... lightweight plastic. If you dropped it, it would break. There is a nice digital display that shows the temperature of the iron. Upon immediately turning the flat iron on -- it buzzes very loudly and is quite alarming the first few times of use (sounds like it might explode). As far as the effectiveness of this one -- I've had better quality flat irons from Walgreens.

This is honestly the best straightener I’ve ever owned. It came well packaged and also comes with a nice bag for storage. The cord is plenty long and has a Velcro thing to keep it wrapped when not in use. But the best part is how quickly it heats up!! The numbers quickly increase and you can see how close it is to the temp you set it at. It takes less than one minute to heat up to 450. And then once heated, it is easy and quick to use on your hair. No snagging or anything like that. I’m not very good at curling my hair with a straightener but I do think this straightener would be good for curling too because of how sleek it is.

I've had the same Chi iron for about 10 years. It finally died on me. So instead of spending so much on another one, I decided to look for cheaper options. I looked at SEVERAL different irons, but I'm glad I decided on this one. It heats quickly and makes my hair feel so soft!! Only complaint is that it makes a little noice that I'm not sure if it's normal for this brand, or if it's just the one I received. You can only hear it when you have it close to your ears, so it's not so bad. It's like a low clicking sound.

Slim yet wand is long enough to straighten a large section of hair. Found it on sale online, very pleased withy quality and price compared to ones I’ve bought in the past in discount department stores.

I got this at Christmas and absolutely loved it. It worked really well and I liked the digital temperature gauge. However, 4 months later it's definitely not working as well. I have to go over my hair at least twice and even then it's not as smooth as it was when I first got it. Very disappointed. My hair is fine so it doesn't take a lot of heat. It was making a clicking sound a couple days ago too. I would go with a different flat iron.UPDATE- After contact from the company, they offered to send me a new straightener without returning the old one. I got it two days later! I was stunned. I am updating my review from 2 stars to 5 stars because the customer service of this company is the best! They stand behind their products.

Love love love this straightener/ curler.. the set for the heat it's perfect. I been using it every single day now and my hair feels so much softer everytime.. and I know because I haven't changed anything else besides that. The colors its cute and girly. And well my curls looks awesome it also replaced my wand curler cause it does the same thing. Again love it.

This iron is great for many features and reasons. However I would not call this professional grade. You see, I am frequently traveling. One time I left my very expensive iron in a hotel! Thankfully they kept it safe for me and I was able to get it back next time I was there. However I didn't want to risk it again with one of my favorite and very expensive ones. This one does have multiple heat settings and a locking system that I do enjoy. It's good, it's just not salon quality. For the price I was expecting much worse honestly! After a couple of days of use I did notice my hair looking damaged a little, so I do recommend adding a little extra protective serum to your hair than you normally would when using this iron. Other than that, I've been satisfied. It does take a few extra passes on my very thick and course hair... But that's okay. The price is great, especially with all of the features!
