All at once....
I have 2 trucks and installed 4 in my 4 door F250 and 2 in my supercab F250. So far everything works great and nice to lock all the doors with a single switch. The price was great but we will need to see how they hold up in the hot summer days and the -30 days in Minnesota.

Work well
Fit fine in 2000 F-150 even though they look slightly different from stock actuators. Pay attention to installation videos, these slide into place from the side rather than from the top. Parts are plastic and feel rather flimsy but seems to work fine, will see how long they last.

Doesn't work
I replaced both front door locks with these in my 99 f250. These are a different design then oe, they are smaller and weaker. They manage to unlock the doors but not lock them. They also drag when locking or unlocking manually.
