How did I ever live without a heat gun!
So, I have been using this for everything since I received it from removing small strings on 3d prints, smoothing the surface and heating the bed up faster to starting fires bending metal, small soldering jobs (removing parts from a board), and even cooking bacon and crisping chicken skins after sous vide!I have seen a few comments wrong and even errors in the advertisement and oddities with how it works.First, comments state you have to press the button each 10 degrees. I do not know why they say that pressing and holding the button results in it moving 100 degrees at a time with about a 2 second delay between changes and a tap of the button moves 10 degrees. so to go from 200 to 1300 unlike someone else stated it is just holding the button for about 15 seconds no 110 clicks! After you set your temperature the device than switches after a few seconds to a current temperature gauge - or at least that is what I thought it was. When you stick your hand in front of the device and it reads 1300 you know something is wrong. It seems to me that this is just some incremental fun they wanted to display for you? it takes about 20-30 seconds to heat up to what I am assuming is the full 1300 degrees though I have no way to tell the actual temperature. A 3-5 second blast of that has coals turning red and glowing another 5 seconds or so and an actual flame is going. The discrepancy with advertising comes in with the 268 degrees you can see it is set on as it describes that it changes in 10 degree increments. How can you possibly get a non devisable by 10 number when it only moves by 10! It does not have a "Current temp" reading as I described just before it will read 1300 and not be burning my hand but a moment later you can light charcoal with it without the number changing.Overall I still cant believe I have never had one of these before everything works great the attachments just slide over the nozzle and all fit pretty snuggle and seem to do the job prescribed of them. I am actually going to buy one of these to add to my camping / bbq equipment (gets that smokey smell) and keep another for everything else!LOVE THE PRODUCT!

Works great
Love it for what I needed it for: to loosen a bolt that keeps the two parts of my recumbent trike together. It worked and was able to remove said bolt. Awesome product. Heats up super fast.

Poniie PN-H20 Digital Temperature Control LCD Heat Gun
The heat gun is very easy to us. the digital read out makes it easy to set temperature.

It works.
I bought this heat gun to seal butt end electrical connectors, and the heat gun works, i.e., it blows out hotter air when it is set to higher temperatures, and the air is hot enough. The instructions included recommended temperatures for different operations, and the recommended temperature worked for my job. I have not used this heat gun in other applications.

You get what you pay for!
I would like the digital temp controls if they were accurate. The test coupon was a piece of DR-25 tubing. It should shrink from 302-347f being the minimum. With this heat gun, it responded between 440 and 600f

First impressions
It is obvious that this is by no means a pro grade heat gun, but for most hobbyists and crafts enthusiasts that should not be a concern. While it may not be very ruggedly built the important thing is that it produces a focused high intensity of heat, and that is the number one function of a heat gun. It has two related features that make it ideal for the crafts room, one is that the user can visually see the temperature of the output, and the other is that there are several built in presets that are labeled for common tasks. The included metal tools are very light duty and poorly finished but again for the casual home user that should not be a concern. They wouldn’t last very long at a pro jobsite however.FEATURE I MOST LIKEThe fact that it has a mandatory cool down feature is something I like a lot, there is much less risk of setting it down while still hot and melting or burning something.FEATURE I LIKE LEASTI expected a hobbyist’s heat gun to have a momentary power switch so it is only on when the button is pressed, however this one clicks into the two position on mode and must be manually clicked to off. While a device like this should always be used under parental guidance the lack of a momentary power switch makes it especially important to never let children use this device unsupervised. At fifty bucks at the time I got it this product is at the far upper end of the price scale and compared to the many other similar devices that are half that it is not a good value.

Temp Control
This is a solid heat gun that comes with all the tips you'd expect. The added benefit is that you can set the temperature control (in 10 degree increments -- with a couple of default ones). This is super nice since usually there is just a low/high and you take what you get.Couple of things I noticed:- Takes quite a bit longer to heat up than my other heat gun which feels like it was ready in seconds. This one on low can take even longer.- Feels quite accurate to temp range, and doesn't feel like it goes over (which is probably why it heats slower).- It says it goes to 1300, but I could only get it to set to 1150, but I might be missing something (I think i might have to move it to general setting first before changing it, each mode seems to have a limiter on it).
