Excellent quality lock, very hefty feel and weight.Comes with 3 NFC cards (more can be ordered for pennies), 2 high security keys and all the hardware needed to install it.You will need 4 AA batteries and I would suggest to use different screws to install the lock mechanism and shield.Installing was straightforward enough, there is a high quality cardboard template included. The hole dimensions were shown a bit on the large side. One would -with the exception of the top hole- get away with smaller ones. Setting the lock up is easy. The first 3 'users' are automatically admins. If you set up a fingerprint, a card and a pin this would count as 3 users. As you can only delete all pins or all cards or all users, you need to put some thought into who is user and who is admin.The fingerprint sensor works well but you should set up 3 different users per thumb (the obvious finger to use). That way no matter the grip, the fingerprint will be recognized. Otherwise changes in thumb position will result in the lock not opening.Cards and numbers work flawlessly and there is a door bell built in.You can also connect the lock to your 2.4GHz only Wifi through the Tuya app (Instructions are included in horrible Chinglish). The app is not the best but gives you configurable alarms for lock opening and door bell ringing, The best feature of the app is that you can give someone a random or chosen temporary password. There is also Alexa, Google and IFTTT integration in the app which I have not explored yet.Great, versatile lock for a good price!

Good quality external parts. The actual lock is not the best in the the World but it does the job. If you need high security lock maybe this is not the right choice. Overall good quality for the money. Very difficult to connect with the app, took me 2 hours and several attempts to do!

Smart features available in this door lock. We have start using it for last 4 months. It was working really good during the summer time but during rainy cold season battery failed to cope. I have even replaced the 4 AA battery and put the device on charge for good 6 hours. When you remove the cable, door lock device stop responding. Only way you can open the door using the master key. I have spent £140 for the door lock and paid another £200 to the lock smith to setup the door lock but now I am using the door lock as a traditional key lock. I wouldn’t personally recommend someone to spend money on this door lock.

Sadly, there are very few reviews available for this smart lock, either here on Amazon or elsewhere on the web, so I thought I'd share my experience to date with this item.Firstly, I noticed on unpacking it, that the handle and lock mechanism are of a very high quality and standard of finish. The handle body is rather large, as expected, due to the inclusion of the keypad and and night latch assemblies, but doesn't appear out of place or too commercial looking (as already mentioned in a previous review).You will need to drill additional holes in your door, and/or make the existing ones bigger, but a template is supplied to make this process easier. The lock body assembly fitted straight into my door without any modification to the door itself - (although your mileage may vary, according the type of mortice lock/door you currently have). You will also likely need to replace the striker plate in the door frame rebate (but again, one of these is provided in the kit).It's worth mentioning, that I tried out the functionality of the smart lock initially for quite some time before finally fitting it in my door - everything operated as expected and no glitches, thankfully!The manufacturer really has covered all bases with this lock and its operation (I was sceptical at first, as you hear of people being locked out and unable to get into there homes, due to the failure of similar smart locks) - not the case with this one!There are 5 ways to open it, which are:1.Finger print,2.RFI card3 Key code via number pad4. Via the TuyaSmart app5. Good old fashioned key! (2 provided)The finger print reader is surprisingly fast and operates most satisfactorily - all other unlocking methods work equally well. It's worth mentioning here too, that the lock isn't reliant on the app for functionality (although the app does add some nice features - more on this later!).Overall, the most important thing to me about this lock is that you can still get into your home, even if the batteries fail, by using the physical key as a last resort!The Tuya app adds some nice embellishments, for example:1. Create a temporary passkey number that will expire after a predetermined time2. Initiate a remote unlock via your smart phone3. Create a dynamic passkey that auto expires in 5 mins4. Assign fingerprints/passkey codes to users and track who unlocked the door - and when!You can assign 3 admin users and (i think) up to 100 standard users - so also good I imagine for multi occupancy buildings/offices etc.The lock obviously uses fairly strong wifi to connect, as I haven't yet experienced any loss of signal in the last month of use.Batteries (standard 4 x AA used) are still showing at 'high' strength in the app, after a month's regular usage.In conclusion, I would highly recommend this lock for its quality and solid functionality

It has all the features I want in a secure lock. The back up key is great. Finger print works fine and codes work fine. However it's severely let down by the software which is very buggy. The temporary codes it issue dont work. It does send me notifications when the door is opened but that's about it. The instruction are translated from Chinese badly. And there is no way to delete user codes. You have to reset the device and start again.

I ordered this lock so that I would not have to have keys with me when I go running. The lock is well made and for my courtyard door (which is large) is nicely in proportion. The installation is fairly simple if you have reasonable DIY skills. i.e drill 4 holes, and drill the recess for the mortice lock. Once installed, and powered up, you then go through the admin settings. I made a mess of this, and had to contact the helpdesk, The response from the Pineworld helpdesk is excellent, they responded quickly, and fixed, what I thought would be a complex issue. The lock is now fully commissioned, and works really well, looks good, and the added features give some great flexibility. For me, If you need a sturdy lock for a large access gate it is a good buy..

It does not come with the manual. the metal of the lock is very long I had to cut more, very disappointed
