Like the swing-a-way arm, easy for me to line up the next item to press. It holds the same temperature I set it too, through many pressings. What was not told, you need to screw/bolt it down to a board (the holes are already provided) then I had to purchase a clamp to attach to the table top and board, because every time you swing the top back, the machine tilts. It's Hot, you can't let that happen. Perhaps the ones shown on YouTube are on wood surfaces so they can be screwed on, mine is on a 6 foot work table.

Have had since June - clicks like crazy randomly from the start, that fine no biggy, today it starts smoking - realized even tho I have a temp set - its heating to max temp! It wont stop! Smells HORRID - had to open all windows and door due to toxic smell! Turned it off and have tried three more times thru the day - still same thing.. Can only use for one press - or it will ruin your products!!!!

Purchased this for my wife who was starting to do more pressing projects. She is very happy with this product so far. This is a great machine and with the swing away arm makes it easy to work on various projects. She's used the attachments several times for hats and coffee mugs and was impress as to how easy it was and how nice they came out. She found several You Tube videos from other users that went over setup and attachments and some pressing projects they worked on. My son also has starting using the machine to press out nice designs on hoodies, tee-shirts and caps and was very impressed with the quality.

I would like some better directions. I would like to have more of a clearance between the two plates so that I can see what I'm doing and also so that my project doesn't move when I do move the upper heating plate. When I use it at a higher temp....more than 350 it makes a ticking sound. But all in all I enjoy using this.

Great press. Only thing I don't like is the swivel top but other than that press works great.

Great product! I had issues with it in the beginning due to a faulty wire or short fuse problem but the vendor was nice enough to ensure that it was fixed. They worked closely with me to make it right for my t shirt business and for that they get 5 stars. Heavy duty and you will need to have space for the swing away. Gets really hot so keep children out of the way.

No issues at all except my table is plastic and it is so heavy when you swing the top away it tips a bits gotta make sure I bolt it down on a different surface, but it’s awesome. I’ve only used the shirt press and mug press, both are awesome! So glad I didn’t listen to all the reviews. I’ve never been happier with a product!!

The unit is unbalanced when you swing the top portion around. It's an accident waiting to happen. Hope you are wearing steel toes because you will need them. The unit makes a popping NOISE on the control unit constantly. it sounds like the relay is about to burn and the power supply portion is about to fail. Do yourself a favor spend the money and get good press from a reputable company. This does not worth your time or the headache. WHAT A PEICE OF GARBGE !!!!!!
