If you are in any way serious about Asian cooking, then this product is a must have in your pantry. It will help turn your ho hum fried rice into something to brag about. The seasoning is not overpowering, but gives a subtle boost to your dishes. I’ve used it in all my Asian dishes, including wonton soup, miso soup, and any type of fried rice. It really helps to elevate these meals. You will be hesitant to go back to any other store-bought bouillon product after using this.Highly recommended.

This is turning out to be a well-loved kitchen addition. The little dosing spoon included helps keep me from using too much , but I love the flavor and aroma it adds to soups and to rice. Just made some steamed rice this morning: Added a measure of this chicken powder and a splash of roasted sesame oil, steamed, and boom! Delicious rice.

I read a few articles/recipes about chinese cooking. This item came up in a few that it was THE item to use for authentic flavor in Chinese and Chinese American type recipes. I have used it in a chicken sub gum recipe, in soups, other recipes that are not Asian influenced I find myself using it in a lot of things. This particular formula does have MSG. Now MSG is darling and people buy MSG just for MSG! I am not sensitive to MSG so will continue to use this product. As one of the articles authors wrote about this product, it has a true chicken flavor, nothing else, not chicken with vegetables and garlics and other tones, it is like 100% chicken flavor. I think they do have an MSG free version also.
