It was painful
The cleaner made my face burn and the pore strip was painful to get off my face. I use pore strips and have never had an issue of irritation or with getting off my nose. I won't be using this set again.

Just ok
This was ok as a cleanser in general but I didn't notice it have any effect specifically on pores. The cleanser is a thick gel with just the tiniest bit of small grit throughout. I dont even think it's enough to be beneficial. The pore strip is just an average pore strip. I dont find anything particularly exciting with this 'kit.'

I liked the wash, but did not like the strips
The set comes as six packages of single use wash and pore strip. The wash was nice. Slightly scrubby, but not too much. My face felt nice and clean after use.But I did not like the white nose strips at all. They are just like their black strips - you wet you nose, apply it and wait for the strip to fully dry and then peel off, along with the stuff from your face and from your pores. The thing is, the white strip did not peel off cleanly as the black ones do. It separated, and left patches of white behind. Which was really hard to scrub off. And I did not really see it lifting anything from the face. It was kind of painful to peel off the face, the same way as the black strips, but with black strips it worked, at least!I will find and buy the wash separately in the future as I liked it. No go for the strips.

Nice, all-in-one, kits for travel
These Bioré Back Off big Pores Kits are nice, all-in-one, kits for travel. This is a two part kit and each part comes in a foil pouch. The pouches are connected and easy to tuck into a bag or suitcase. To use, first cleanse your face with the Step 1, Baking Soda Pore Cleanser. You squeeze the contents of the pouch into your hands and work into a lather. Then apply it to your wet face, working in a circular motion all over your face. Then rinse thoroughly and dry your hands. Leave your nose area wet on your face. Open the Step 2 pouch and remove the Pore Strip. Carefully peel off the backing strip and apply the Pore strip to your nose, pressing down to ensure it makes complete and good contact. Then wait 10-15 minutes or until it dries and becomes stiff. Then slowly peel the strip off, pulling from each side toward the middle of the strip. Don't yank it off because it will hurt and it may not pull as much gunk out of your pores. You can see the gunk pulled out of your pores on the used strip. Typically, it doesn't pull out every black head the first time but with regular use, your pores will be smaller and your blackheads will be gone.TIP: Use a very warm, wet, washcloth on your nose area just before applying the strip to open pores and more gunk will come out. Also, make sure your nose is drippy wet as it lets the pore strip adhere better and thus work better. You get 6 kits in the package. It's more expensive than buying the strips and cleanser separately but they are super convenient for travel.

Industrial strength!
This product is a set of six 2-step exfoliating/cleaning and pulling kits. Each kit includes 2 connected foil pouches, one containing a gel exfoliating cleanser and the other containing one nose strip for pulling out the contents of your pores. If you've used this type of pore cleaning product, all you need to know is that these really work because they're so strong. The pore strip fabric is thicker than some other products I've tried and the water soluble adhesive is enough to get inside the tops of your pores as well as stay absolutely attached to your skin until dry. Pulling off the strip (go slowly or it will hurt), you'll see the visible results both on your skin and on the strip -- impressive! If you're not familiar with this type of product, it's an easy process once you get the hang of it. Good, thorough instructions are printed on the foil pouches, just make sure you follow them including keeping your hands dry while applying the strip to your skin. The gel cleanser does an excellent job of get your skin ready for the strips and the strips themselves are salon quality. You'll be surprised and impressed with the results.

Not worth it
This did not help make my son's or my pores smaller. The cleanser is o.k, but not great and the strips are just the same old strips that we usually get. I don't think this is a good value, I would rather buy a better cleanser separately and then use the strips.

Pricey
So I like these products separately but this set is kinda pricey since you only get 6 of them. I do like that it is packed together so you remember to do both and there is no excuses. First you wash your face with the one pouch then you use the strip with the other. Great products that I do love and my face feels great, I would just buy the full size packages individually next time.

powerful duo
The Bioré Back Off big Pores Kit is a six pack two-part set where with the first, you use the baking soda cleanser to wash your face (you get a lot of it in the pack which isn't the easiest to tear open, I warn you). It tells you NOT to use this if you have an open cuts on your face, and I believe it - I had a slight bump I'd picked at a little, nothing that was a cut or open, and it did sting a little. Might not be good to use if you've recent break-outs or the such. Anyway, this does clean your face, and you might get two washes out of it. Just be aware it's a strong cleanser. The second part is what's Biore is known for, their pore strips. Wet your nose, bend the strip so it's more flexible, put it on, pat it down, and leave on for 10-15 minutes or so (until it's hard). Then pull it off from the outer edges. Yes, it removed a good bit of blackheads (not all, seems to miss some from the bottom of my nose, but it got a good bit of them). This didn't leave my face feeling too dry after using it, despite it being very 'tingly', though you have to rinse off after using the pore strip. Not something I'll use every day, obviously, because of the price or hopefully the need to remove blackheads, but good for every couple of weeks or so.
