Arrived defective and waiting for a response from the company
The chaise lounge looks nice and is comfortable to sit and lay down upon. However, once it was assembled, we discovered that the middle legs do not touch the ground. They are between 1-2 inches from touching. My husband assembled in correctly, using the factory drilled holes, and he is quite good at assembly. Our obvious concern is that without the center support legs, the chair will soon sag or bow in the middle, due to not having any support through the middle section. We immediately sent a message to the company and their response was to send pictures, which we did. They then replied, “the center doesn’t touch the ground “, which we didn’t think was an appropriate response. Obviously, it doesn’t and that’s why we reached out. I hope that this is quickly resolved and then I will change my rating from 1 to 5.
