Confusing, none user-friendly app | Hardware Malfunction
I had several issues with this gimbal. i honestly think i got a faulty unit, regardless it was my first time using a Feyiun...The first issue is the hardware. The gimbal default position was slightly rolled to the left and also panned to the left as well and was absolutely annoying even because the camera (GoPro Hero 7 Blad) was perfectly balanced.The app is too confusing to operate. Most official videos are in Chinese with vague English subtitles, and the ones in the app are in Chinese only.It requires for you to open the app, choose your model and connect with the Bluetooth feature. Sounds simple right? Not here, first after connecting the GoPro with its app, you have to go to Feyiun app and link the said app with the GoPro... That didn't work. If i tried to link the Gimbal app on the Wi-Fi it gives me the message that my connection time reached a timeout...I am returning this Gimbal, (which has a lot of potentials, I'm not gonna lie, thus the 2 stars), because it was a massive disappointment, i will try a Hohem instead... Fingers crossed.

This is very good gimbal. Shame it does not work with small compact cameras.
