Bought for my daughter for Christmas, the one present she really really wanted. Took it out and it did not work. I sent them an email explaining what was going on only for them to tell me to calibrate it(which had nothing to do with the problem) it will not light up, turn on, do anything! Very disappointed for our daughter as this was the 1 gift she really wanted and still has yet to be able to use it, and cant get anyone to help us get a refund! (We bought the chrome purple)
