No commercial black out curtains are 100% black out... These are about 90%...the only problem with them is getting the wrinkles out... So unless u want to use them as layering curtains.. not the best buy... But they are great for black out

As far as I have known and experienced in the past few years, Amazon Basics products are really wonderful. This curtain is no exception. Great craftsmanship, perfect material quality, thick curtain cloth in this certain experience, stupendous packaging with least carbon footprint, exact product details on the packaging itself, amazingly fast deliveries and hassle-free experiences. However, even after all of the above, I would have to return this product with an extremely heavy heart since my bedroom is of a very small size and these dark navy blue curtains are making it look even smaller than its actual size and making me feel hugely suffocated. And the saddest part is that Amazon Basics does not believe that they should be manufacturing and selling such glorious curtains in far more basic colors like green, red and a few others as well, with of course me looking for a different green colored blackout curtain from a separate brand now. Had Amazon Basics provided choices of this curtain in basic greens like olive greens or mehendi green or forest green or a few others too, I would have stuck with this curtain till Eternity, God willing. Alas, need to let it go as the color choice is very limited and zoned. But still, if you are looking for navy blue blackout warm curtains, it just doesn't get better than this, or probably I have never seen it getting better than this!!

Got these for the nursery. Initially I had very light matching curtains but with light bothering the lil one to fall asleep I ordered from another brand which left me completely dissatisfied finally went ahead after a few comparison between the top avg rated and narrowed to this one. I must stay it's beyond my expectations, this nursery French window faces the seaside with no restriction on view and also happens to be East side which means a lot of light no matter how dark the curtain. However this pair from Amazonbasic blackout curtain brings the much needed quitenes, coolness while darkening the room at the same time. Very satisfied with the purchase. The one I have are 52"x84" set of 2 panel for 1749.Price slightly on higher side but better than experimenting on low quality and wasting double the amount. Highly recommended

Washed it according to instructions and it's RUINED.DO NOT BUY THIS

I cannot get these unwrinkled! I've washed them, hung to dry, washed and dried flat, washed and dried on low, tried ironing them on low and the backing started melting off. Off to the donate bin they go!

We needed something for our balcony doors, and these curtains were the only ones coming in the right measurements. This is important as I don't have a sewing machine.They do black out and since hanging them, we have also noticed that they keep the warmth in.There are ties in the package as well, but we are not using them.The curtains are very lightweight and they look nice and match well with our carpet. Only criticism is the creases, but hopefully they will smooth out with time.

Everything is good but quality of material could be better

They really blovk all light. Apart from what goes around the edges.

Very good quality and looking gorgeous. Worth for money.
