Beware: Inconsistent labeling & distribution
I have taken this product for several months and had no issues. Usually took it with food but was fine on an empty stomach too. Didn't notice any changes positive or negative when taking it. Initially I picked this brand because it seemed to cover the entire spectrum of what I was looking for in a supplement and I was willing to spend more for quality. However I have become more concerned about quality control and availability during the past month. I had signed up for the subscribe and save by the only supplier for this product on Amazon. Suddenly this past month it was delayed and Amazon did not have any other information, and suggested ordering directly from VitaminIQ instead, which of course was more expensive, but I did so. However when the new bottle arrived I noticed the packaging was slightly different. The bottle was more narrow and the label was matte instead of shiny. Not a big deal, but I decided to double check the ingredients for changes and sure enough, there were some differences. Most of them seem subtle but the one that really stood out was the vitamin K2. The label on the Amazon website lists it at 70 mcg / 78% DV while the new label lists it at 700 mcg and 778% which is clearly excessive. Even if it's a typo, do you trust a company who is this sloppy with their labeling? Also, I had placed the order two days ago and as of today it now says they are out of stock. My subscribe and save was also canceled yesterday without explanation. Inconsistent labeling and unreliable distribution means I will be looking for a new supplement.

Great option but not as pefect as it seems
The media could not be loaded. I thought the reviews were very misleading. I don't think I would have made the purchase of I knew. I probably won't be ordering again. You have to take 4 of these horse pills a day. That's about $2 a day. The back says you should take them at different meal times and for me I barely remember once. The capsule is extremely thick, to the point I don't want to try ingesting them. They open very easily but the powder is tough on the stomach and smells/taste rough. The ingredients seem amazing but at that price I want more convienence.

Great for Pregnant Mom's-to-be!!
I can’t say enough about this prenatal! This is my third pregnancy and I've tried a few of the cheaper brands one a day and nature made but also tried some of the more premium stuff like garden of life and megafood. I was getting unpleasant side effects and finally consulted a nutritionist who recommended this brand Vitamin IQ. I've had zero negative side effects with these and felt great throughout the pregnancy. Its a decent amount of pills to take daily but well worth it in my opinion and the highest quality prenatal multi I've found out there. Definitely pricey but in my opinion worth it for the high quality formulation & ingredients. Glad to have found a product that works for me.

Sarah Was a Huge Help! Highly Recommended!
Sarah was amazing when I reached out to ask her about these supplements. I was taking a different prenatal and she sent me an article explaining how the one I was taking - Rainbow Prenatal - was no good and not utilized well in the body! I had no idea and she helped me understand what my body really needed. I am now using her prenatal vitamins + IQ Conceive. I'm feeling great and ready to go! If I had not reached out to her, I'd still be taking vitamins that are not good for me or a future baby. These don't upset my stomach at all and are easy going down, highly recommend!- Amie W

so far so good
Not pregnant but have been taking this for 2 months. I noticed that my hair and nails are growing faster and healthier. I've done extensive research on prenatal vitamins and this one is the best. In addition to this, I take fish oil and probiotics. I'm prepping my body for pregnancy.

Good quality, easy on the stomach.
Great quality, gentle on the stomach and capsules can even be opened and poured on food or on smoothies. I thought it would be a pain to remember to take twice daily with food to get the daily intake, but I actually haven’t missed a dose! Not an overly scientific method to determine quality, but I love that my urine turns a rich yellow instead of the neon yellow that happens with some other prenatal vitamins.I recommend giving these gentle but nutrient rich beauties a try!

Blue toilet seat
I really like the supplement but something in the supplement caused me to turn my toilet seat blue. I don’t think that it mixed right with my body chemistry. I switched to baby and me 2 which also has choline and didn’t have an issue.

It’s worth it!
Amazing prenatal! There are a lot to choose from, but this has everything my doctor suggested and more. I will likely continue to use this product as a multivitamin for a while. It’s so hard to find the right products and this one is definitely amazing. I suggest it to anyone trying to concieve or looking for a multivitamin.
