Great and very heavy product 💪

I am writing this after using this mixer for 11 months and the experience so far is absolutely pathetic. It does not work as it claims to. It could not grind even the dry amla pieces and when I tried twice the blades got stuck and the mixer made loud noise and stopped. The jar too got stuck in the mixer itself. Infact all the jars which claim to do different functions like grinding mixing blending do not function smoothly. Atlast when I made the call to customer care number as listed in the support section, I was told the service would be free but rest other things will b chargeable - this happens when my mixer is under warranty and has just completed 11 months. Finally when the executive arrives from the customer care charges rs 700 for the chutney jar which is the most useful one for me. And the very next day when I use it the mixer is releasing fumes and making harsh noises. This is heights now and I will never buy anything from Bosch in future. In 11 months this mixer has not been used as much because half of the times it keeps on causing problems. Last mixer I used has functioned properly for 11 years and the renowned brand Bosch could not work even for 11 months.

Super product, faces no issues till now

I've been using this for 3 months now.The Really bad:The blender jar has a major flaw. If you use it for blending (I have tried lassi, milkshake, smoothies), liquid spills out from the spout when running. I scheduled a warranty service but the technician told me that this jar is only for juicing and the metal jar is for bending. I concluded that it's a design flaw which Bosch is unwilling to admit. The metal jar can be used for blending, but its small if you're blending for 3-4 people. This would have been a dealbreaker if I knew this beforehand as I blend a lot.Bad but manageable:1) The metal jar lids are weirdly shaped and lots of liquid gets stuck in it, so you end up wasting a little bit of whatever you're making. The lids are also much more messy than a regular dome lid and also a little tougher to clean.2) The small cap in the lid for adding things is really loose. You have to be careful when turning the lid upside down or it falls and breaks.3) Food gets stuck in the flow breaker. It's also not very intuitive to remove and I have a feeling it will be easily broken by the househelp when cleaning.4) Flow breaker and the pounding blade don't make a noticeable difference to the end result, and I have completely stopped using them.The Good:1) Great looking and has a small footprint2) Noise levels aren't bad. A 1000 W motor will definitely be louder than a 400 W one (typical home mixie wattage) but even then it's not super loud and is very manageable.3) Very, very powerful. Pulverises anything you throw at it instantly.
