Makes the most Kickass Vegan Breakfasts
This chickpea flour makes the best vegan omelettes! Just mix 1/3 cup of this chickpea flour with spices and a few tablespoons of water. There are tons of recipes online to walk you through how to make this egg-free breakfast a new favorite. Especially delicious with sauted peppers, onions, mushrooms, and a side of sugar free Paleo ketchup (Primal foods makes a killer catsup). Love X Light!!

Makes a Difference in Recipes
This product was impossible to find - until I looked for it on Amazon. When a recipe calls for Chickpea Flour, believe me, it makes a difference. We tried using regular flour before our Amazon order arrived, and the recipe was a strange texture even though the taste was acceptable.

Excellent
Excellent flavor and grind consistency. I've used this flour in a number of recipes (farinata, fritters, soup, even pasta), and I'm more than sold. I plan on keeping this around.

Best Quality
My husband and I are very impressed with this chick pea flour. It has a lovely nutty flavor and lots or protein.

DO NOT BUY!
This is the MOST disgusting flour I've ever tried. I have been making chickpea tofu for a while with Bob Mills flour and it's turned out delicious and perfect every time. I switched to this brand since it was cheaper (First red flag) and noticed immediately it smelled weird. Went ahead and tried cooking with it. I've now tried 6 different times to make tofu with this garbage and it won't even firm up. That's fine, IF IT DIDN'T TASTE LIKE RANCID POISON. No joke, this stuff tastes absolutely horrendous! Save yourself the time and effort, buy a different brand! Blech! (My dog, that eats ANYTHING, wouldn't even lick this funky mess)

Packaging is false
Not in a container like picture shows. Send in a silver bag that is jot resealable. So go with the competitor. 2 dollars cheaper, tastes just as good, and at least comes in resealable bag.

Great for gluten-free and vegan cooking
I used this in a vegan, gluten-free brownie recipe and it worked great. It’s a good quality flour. For anyone who doesn’t know, you don’t ever want to eat any raw batter or dough made with this, because it tastes like raw chickpeas (yuck!). But as the flour cooks, the raw-bean taste completely disappears and it tastes like normal wheat flour. This is a great gluten-free and vegan (replaces egg with this flour and aquaphaba) option.

Garbanzo Bean Flour is delicious in various recipes
First, the flour came in a bag instead of what was pictured. I know the ad said it may come in different packaging, but I would have preferred the jar because the zip top of the bag was very tough to close. I could not get the bag to completely close, so I transferred the flour to a glass jar. I have never had Garbanzo flour, and this was surprisingly good. I made a Farinata with is a garbanzo bean flour batter spiked with olive oil, rosemary, Italian seasonings, salt and baked in a very hot oven. It was delicious and very satisfying. We put a little butter on it. I will definitely make it again as well as try other recipes.
