6 in 1 Peeled Ground Tomato Extra Heavy Puree, 6 lbs (Pack of 6)

6 in 1 is my favorite tomato product for Chicago-style deep dish pizza. I can't get it in my area and the manufacturer no longer ships. These JUMBO cans are enough for 3 large (15-inch) pies per can. Yeah, the cans are dented. All 6 in the case. Who cares? I don't. I am delighted with this purchase.

I make homemade pizza a couple times a week and supermarket canned tomatoes just didn't cut it. Years ago I took a couple empty cans out of a local pizzeria's dumpster to bail water out of a small excavation. I took note of the brand 6 in 1 and bought a can off the owner, I've been them using them ever since. This product is always consistent and has a rich tomato flavor that can't be matched.

Good product but does not ship well. All cans arrived dented.

My family has used 6 in 1 tomato's for many years. The local store stopped selling them and I had to go to the web to get my "fix". I would prefer the smaller cans but I am "canning" into jars to save what can't be used in one night. I make a meat sauce from a recipe my dad used. It takes me back to my youth when I make it. Like I said, I would prefer smaller cans but a person does what is needed to get what they want.

I swear by this product. Restaurant quality, beats anything you can get at your grocery store. One can per crockpot for a perfect pasta sauce.

I love this brand of tomato sauce it is very good quality. So I decided to buy a box of it (I usually buy a number 10 can, one at a time), every single can arrived with multiple dents all over and I will not be using them. Not sure if it was the delivery man's fault or just poor packaging , I think it was equally both.

This sauce tastes so "clean". It is a great base for your own concoctions or use it alone. An essential ingredient for real deep dish Chicago style pizza.
