It was perfect! I would totally be the spokeperson for this product!
Yes please. And Thank You! Years ago when my parents were in their younger years, my dad decided to put tile on the concrete slab out back where we had our outdoor table and garden. It looked so pretty. The problem was... he used ceramic tiles intended for indoor use. Though pretty, they were very slippery -- especially when they got wet. Last weekend, my dad (who is now 74 years old) went out back to grill some burgers -- it had been raining so they were especially slippery. Yep, you guessed it, he slipped and sprained his ankle. I immediately began looking for solutions to the problem. I bought an outdoor rug to put in front of the grill -- but that only solved a 4x5 section of the problem. Then I found this product. Hopeful, I bought it.If you want the shorter version: BUY IT.It really was the perfect solution. It was so easy to apply and the directions that came with it were simply, clear, and straight forward.1. We poured some in a bucket.2. Used a cotton string mop and simply mopped it over the tile like we were mopping a floor.3.Then we let it sit as directed (we went the full 20 minutes).4. As it was sitting, we mixed a large 5 gallon bucket with water and 10 tablespoons of baking soda to neutralize the acid (this is in the directions)5. Then we mopped that over the surface of the floor.6. Then we hosed the whole floor down with a hose. The appearance for my dad's tile was no different, but the new grip and anti-slip factor was terrific. I feel much better knowing he will not slip when he goes out there on dewy mornings to water plants or rainy evenings to grills burgers. Thanks Stone Grip -- just wish I knew about this product before my dad fell last weekend.

Easy and absolutely works. No more slips in the winter.
I was a bit hesitant about this product, but needed to fix some INDOOR bathroom tiles that were installed OUTDOORS and made for the most slippery surface in the rain and worst yet in the snow. I figured for the price it was worth a shot instead of replacing all the tiles or epoxying them over with something else.I applied the product per instructions during the summer morning (in Chicago), and didn't really feel like it did much at all. Later that week it rained, and it felt like it was better than previous, but we never had much problem with grip in the rain. Now that the temperatures have dropped and we finally got some snow, we can put it to the test. And I was literally astonished with how much more grip there was even though the surface appeared to be the same visually. No more worrying about Grandma slipping in the snow, and everyone walks on these tiles with confidence. Easily some of the best money I've ever spent.

Worked exactly as described ... resulting in a safer surface
Used this on my 70 year old mother's newly tiled front porch. Prior to this, it was very dangerously slippery when it would get wet from the rain or "sweat" during dramatic temperature changes ... which were pretty common these last 6 months. After using this product, there is a significant improvement in traction. I'm no longer concerned about someone slipping and getting hurt. I used as directed applying with a garden sprayer and leaving on for about 13 minutes before rinsing off. The only disappointment is that the product did leave some small, yellowish discoloration in spots. The tile has a pattern that conceals this, so it wasn't a big problem. Just something to be careful of. Not sure if these areas were somehow more porous or they dried out ... not sure. Overall very satisfied!

Most amazing product I've purchased on Amazon. It saved my patio!
Most amazing product! We have had a slippery tiled patio for over 10 years. We would lay out rugs, towels, etc. and tell everyone to be careful walking (we have a pool). It was to the point we were going to remove the tile and redo the patio. It had gotten too dangerous. While trying to find an alternative (from messiness and expense) I came across this product. I decided to buy it and give one more try to saving the patio. My husband removed the things from our patio, put this on, waited the 15-30 min (I forget) and sprayed it off. IMMEDIATELY EFFECTIVE!!! It was unbelievable. The grip that the tile had wet, dry, with shoes, without shoes - was amazing. Being the perfectionist he is, my husband asked that I buy another gallon to do the patio a second time. So I did. And he did it again. (I think 1 time was fine actually). That was last summer. It is now a year and the tile is as non-slippery now as it was last summer. I think this is probably the best thing I've ever ordered from Amazon. $150 (for 2 gallons) saved my patio - and made my outdoor area safe again. I highly recommend for slippery glazed tile.

DON'T OVERPAY FOR THIS
Don't pay way more than you should - I returned this product. My tiles were super glossy and any amount of dust made them super slippery...dangerously slick. I simply bought muratic acid and diluted it with water and applied it to my tiles at around 1 part acid to 2 parts water. You then let it sit on your tiles (I waited around an hour) for etching / non slip tiles. I then neutralized the acid with baking soda, and mopped it all up. Worked great. The etching process above worked perfectly at a fraction of the cost; but DO YOUR RESEARCH - muriatic ACID IS DANGEROUS IN CONCENTRATED FORM.....but its cheaper than the pre-mixed products out there that are merely diluted muratic acid (or coatings which I didn't want). Don't skip the step of neutralizing the acid w baking soda - I just mixed a few boxes of baking soda in a warm bucket of water and applied it to the acid on the floor w a mop. You'll see the bubbles which means its neutralizing the acid and making it safe to mop up and dispose of. USE EXTREAM CAUTION WHEN WORKING WITH CONCENTRATED muriatic ACID - use safety goggles and rubber gloves etc. at all times.
