A Smooth, Satisfying Organic Tea
New to this particular tea, I found the rooibos brew to be quite smooth and without any bitterness. I like tea with lemon and honey, and the organic rooibos took very well to this blend. A tea brewed from the South African rooibos plant, an herb native to the area, the beverage has a honey-red tint and mild floral / herbal scent. Since it has no caffeine, I brew it up mornings and evenings. The tin containing the 20 tea bags has a lot of information about the product, including the charitable purpose behind the use of the great man's image. For the very curious, read about the history and harvesting of the rooibos plant. But if you are just in the mood for for a savory organic tea, just brew it up and enjoy! I highly recommend this tasty Cape Tea Co. product.

Delicious Tea, Attractive Package
I'm delighted with this purchase of redbush tea. I first heard about redbush tea from Alexander McCall Smith's wonderful book, The No. 1 Ladies' Detective Agency, where the "traditionally built" Mma Remotswe drinks lots of it. This redbush from Cape Tea is organic, healthy, has no caffeine, and helps fund the Mandela Day School Library project. I love its pretty tin can storing its 20 tea bags, and you get two extra packages of 20 each as well. I love its rich deep color and flavor with no bitterness. Gold stars here!

The best cozy tea
I've been telling everyone about this and giving it as gifts. Not only does it have the one and only Nelson Mandela's beautiful smiling face on the box, but it's also super yummy! (Apparently it's also a verified "Mandela product", with a portion of the proceeds benefiting the Mandela Day School Library Project). I have it almost every night - it helps calm me down after a busy day so I can get quality sleep! (NOT a sleep aid, though, just warming and caffeine free). Definitely recommend.

This tea is delicious
I love this tea. I first tasted it in South Africa and was very excited that I can order it through Amazon.I would have given it 5 stars but the package arrived smashed. The set of three includes one tin and two cardboard boxes. They arrived in a plastic mail bag. They should have been shipped in a box. The tin was fine. But the two boxes were crushed badly enough so I was unable to use them as gifts.I hope you will change the packaging in the future.

Love this tea!
I originally bought this tea as a Christmas gift for my brother-in-law. I kept one of the 3 packages (there are 3, 20-pack boxes, one of which is the metal container). I fell in love with the tea. I have recently given up caffeine and this is the best substitute I have found to coffee. The tea is rich and wonderful with milk or cream. It is now my go to beverage in the afternoon. And that it supports the Mandela Day School Library project is an added bonus. Highly recommend this tea.

I bought this tea at the Johannesburg airport in Africa and enjoyed it so much that I needed to find it again. I recommend that you try it and see for yourself. Follow the steeping instructions
