These things are so ugly but they are pretty much the only non toxic way to get rid of flies and gnats. They work.

Kind of worked, but I wouldn’t say the most catchability out of everything out there.

"Catchmaster Fly Ribbon 20P" works like a dream!I had a fly infestation in my garage due to having some animals there, so I blindly tried Catchmaster Fly Ribbon 20P. The price and quantity were right for me.When I got them, I hung them up right away and within 2 hours more than 1/2 of the flies were caught.I got two home depot yard sticks, taped them together for length, then waved at the remaining flies that were hanging out. Got them to go wild as flies do. Haphazard flying and panicking, they unsurpisingly fly right on the trap.What's cool about the sticky tape is that when a fly just touches it, they are stuck and start to struggle to get away, which traps them more when their bodies and legs and wings to touch the tape--and BAM! They're caught for good! It's amazingly effective!To hand them:1. Be careful not to pull the tape out of the little cylinder it comes on too much or you'll rip the tape. Just try pulling the first one. That's all you need to teach you how it works.2. Tip: I got those small wooden stirs from home depot (they're about a foot long, real light and thin). I nail for small nails into it (to be used for having the strips of fly ribbon) and I nail it wherever I wanted to put the traps, then I hang the ribbons on the nails. (This is my garage, you see, so I don't care too much about nail holes).3. Be sure it can't fall down (secure it right) so if you have animals or kids, they won't get to the fallen traps. They are SUPER STICKY. Imagine if you will one of them getting trapped in your pets' or kid's hair! Avoid that hassle. Secure them right.That's all I have to say. GREAT PRODUCT!

Did just what it was supposed to do. I hung it up and it trapped numerous flies.

I had a significant house fly infestation and these fly traps worked within 2-3 days to get the flies under control. I don't notice a single annoying fly buzzing around me today, thank goodness.The only thing that I don't like is that the manufacturer does not list the ingredients on the product package, nor on the Amazon product page. And I cannot easily find tips/instructions for an accidental product use situation that occurred.One of the traps fell down and my cat somehow got it wrapped around his body. It was very hard to pull the sticky trap off of him and some of the adhesive is stuck to his fur. Although the packaging states the product is safe and non-toxic, it would help to have information about how to best wash the adhesive off pets and or human skin. I got some of the adhesive on my skin while trying to pull the trap off my cat, too.My rating is really a 3.5, but will round up to 4 since the product works well for its intended use.
