5star for sturdy material
I have this ups purchased in Jan 2020, it was ₹1950/- back then and now increased ₹427/-I used it for emergency shutdown of PC, this means - when there is power cut we have 5mins to switch off the PC that's how I used it. It was pretty good and sturdy material. So, 5 star rating for that and zero rating for increasing the price as no technology is changed in it.

Great customer service!
I bought this in July 2024 for providing UPS to a laptop and a monitor screen as our socieity's generator takes 2-3 minutes to start whenever power is gone. Initially it worked fine but its backup kept reducing resulting in it being unable to even power a 40w appliance.So I contacted their customer support and was pleasantly surprised to see them replace the UPS at my home on the 3rd day of the complaint.

The Narrative of Indian diasphora that Chaina is a threat.
The product that I brought through Amazon is a Chinese product assembled in India, since I brought the product through the services I have been fortunate to see the dismal performance of the product and how those who had assembled the product has tried to ruin Amazon as a Global shopping platform and the in their sheer love with the narrative that you may "Make something" in India that also works in a way, they have exposed the reality that there is no market in India that is sustainable and condusive in today's era.The product in itself after 2 months lasts for 1 hour and makes strange sounds and is not the product that was initially showcased, by the moderators and the people who wrote the review, so the product is not as expected. It is not good however since it is cheap gives me an option to replace it with another product equally cheap or in case in future not to use that product and contribute to no misuse and focus on electricity and conventional sources .

The plastic cover and thermocole are all torn/broken and the item itself is out of them!
The item is not in original packing. Does'nt seem to be a new one.
