This is a solar assisted blinker.It is nice to nail them in front of the house.But if it were to be continuous glowing it is better

Needs much light to charge , when charged for much time it gives superb light for much time. Charging works super fine . The more you keep in sun for charging the more it works. Superb build quality. It's not motion sensor but it's light sensor , light sensor works best in sun and bright light , sometimes it doesn't work under less light for example household lights inside in night times .
