This curry powder was a pleasant surprise. I mean, Happy Belly foods have never let me down, but when it comes to curry, a lot of curry powders are not all that great. This one is. It's quite aromatic, more like a Japanese curry powder than an Indian curry powder (this is a good thing). This curry powder gets an easy five stars.
