Love, love, love! So fresh and crunchy. Not very spicy. Buyer beware: do not eat straight out of the bag! I’m going to have to measure out serving sizes because you end up eating it like popcorn or chips! Wish the price was better.

I have been buying this for a couple of years! on the Keto diet they are a little spicy which I love and has a nice crunch to them. Hard to find them in the store now so buy them from Amazon.

I previously ordered 4 bags (10 oz) directly from the Moon Cheese website. It took much longer to receive that what I ordered from Amazon. But the main reason I won't order from Moon directly is because the quality was better! All 4 bags I received from Moon directly were oily. The ones from Amazon were not. More crisp, and enjoyable. So the bottom line is that they were better quality, and shipped faster, for the same price per bag.

Moon cheese is my absolute go to snack. I love cheddar, Gouda and pepper jack. I have each on autos subscription… I get new treats every month.

Texture wasn’t as crispy as expected, maybe slightly stale.

Flavor isn't real strong but it's good and more than anything I love the CRUNCH. Great alone as a snack or a topper on a salad

Dried cheese, why didn't anyone else think of this? I love these and all their flavors, the only problem is not ordering too much!
