Game Changer !! (caution - do not use hammer)
This innovation is a complete game changer. All you need is a Philip screw driver. Do no use hammer at all else the anchor will move(either upward or downward) and make a big hole.

Bought twice/ will keep using
Works well and haven't failed for me. Would recomend using your screwdriver to make a small hole then use the anchor.
