Just received the item that was not working and it looks like Amazon doesn't allow the item to be returned. Very, very bad service from Amazon selling itens that don't work. Cannot call an assistant or send email to ask why it cannot be returned or have a refund and also not possible returning the item in the options available for that.... :( very, very bad service....

I recently purchased the Dell (Renewed) Wireless Mouse WM118, and my experience has been quite disappointing. Here are the main issues I encountered:**Unreliable Connection:** The wireless connection frequently drops, requiring constant re-pairing. This disrupts workflow and makes the mouse impractical for regular use.**Poor Sensitivity:** The mouse's sensor is not very sensitive, leading to erratic cursor movements.
