Absolutely wonderful. These have lasted for months in heavy wind, snow, and torrential rain. When it is cloudy all day, they don’t get enough of a charge to last long, but that’s to be expected. They are beautiful to look at in the day or night. When the flowers in the garden can’t be seen, I have these, and a few other pretty lanterns to brighten up the garden. These are hands-down the best that I own. Love the flickering warm glow. I have four of them, and all four have withstood the weather beautifully.

These lights have a quality build to them that is surprising for the price. I surprised my wife and when she first saw them unboxed, she loved the copper-look exterior.The flicker function works well, immediately powered on at dusk, 2 hours out of the box. It's our second night with them and I am tempted to order more.I'll update them if I notice any unusual degradation as they sit out in the summer heat in the desert.

Very pretty! They are a deep gold color and look great on my patio. The light looks like a real candle is burning.

They look lovely. I tried several different ways to maximize the charge. It still dies after just a few hours. Any recommendations are welcome.Update Dec-2023: I replaced all the batteries with higher capacity ones. Initially the lights lasted several hours. I got even reimbursed for the cost of the new batteries. However, given that we are in the Chicago area, I’m concerned that the solar panel is too small to properly charge the battery during the winter time. I hope it’ll get better as we get more sunlight! Love the lights though, customer service was decent once you connect with them, hence update from 3 to 4 stars.

Really like the look of these lanterns. Size is nice but wish they were heavier. We have a lot of wind.

My 10 year old said these are like being in Harry potter. I have a love for lanterns and I really wanted something at my super dark steps. These truly look like they have a real candle on the inside, they appear to be very realistic. They are super durable, we've had hail storms and major wind and electrical storms and these withstood very very well. I was concerned about them being solar because typically solar doesn't last long where I live because it's very wooded. As for the lighting i feel the battery life lasts throughout the night, all ik for sure is they are lit when I need them. These are so nice to look at. I didnt have any issues getting them to work, i just switched them to on and hung them to get sun for a charge. These were easy to unbox and hang, there was a film over the solar charge area. I definitely feel these are worth every penny.

I needed a new lamp after my old one started dying out. With power outages randomly kicking in the middle of the night, lamps have become more and more essential in our household. The issue was, all our lamps were either battery operated, or had no way of replacing the battery. Not only that, but all of them were blinding-white bright - which is great to light up a room, but hurts when you just need some light to read a book... So I was looking for a lamp that wasn't too bright, nor cost me a fortune in batteries. And this is definitely perfect for both categories!... The issue is, the instructions say you're supposed to turn it on and leave it on for it to charge its batteries in the sunlight, which makes sense since it's a garden lamp. But, with our old logic of how batteries work, we'd often turn this lamp off in the sunlight... Which, for some reason, started to drain the longevity of the batteries even AFTER we figured that we HAD to leave it on in the sunlight... We'll probably need to get new batteries for it now. But, when it was working perfectly: It was wonderful. It's just awesome to have a dim light for the home at night.Oh, and if you're looking for something bright enough to read a book from a distance: This isn't for you. This is a soft, warm, candlelight - the kind where you need to bring your book UP TO THE LAMP to read. It's not enough to illuminate 80% of your room, but it is bright enough to light up everything near it - and it's light enough in weight that it's easy to just pick up and point at where you're looking.Overall, I love this thing and may buy more in the future.

Nice look and they look heavy (which I wanted) but they’re very light weight. My only disappointment is that the “solar powered” candles don’t work. I don’t want to hassle with returning them so I will try to replace them some timer candles and hope for the best.
