This item arrived the very next day just as promised. Packaging was professional and easy to open & read. Everything was in English. It came with a simple printed instructional pamphlet all printed in English. I pulled the item right out of the box and the battery was already in it and charged ready to go. I took my temperature it was very easy to use very quick accurate reading. I did not have to program it or do anything. I took it out of the box wiped it off stuck it in my mouth and quickly got a reading. The item looks nice as well, stainless steel tip and clear digital display.I would definitely recommend and buy this item again!

A piece of junk. Bought in May 2020. Only needed it once at that time. Went to use again this November and it doesn’t work. Have Never had such a disappointment with a product from Amazon.

This is a reliable and functional thermometer but the instructions with it are a case of major overkill and that's why it only got 4 stars from me. Imagine being a person with a fever trying to figure out how to get this thermometer operational by reading four pages of tiny-print instructions with the start-up instructions kind of buried in the middle of the first page.Folks, all you need to know about this thermometer when you get it is:1. Open the box and pull the device out of the hard plastic storage holder (nice touch, by the way, better than those little baggies the others give).2. For first use, DON'T TURN ON. Just press down and hold down the button "On/Off" for a few seconds. The thermometer is set for Celsius users, and this holding down will change it from Celisus to Fahrenheit measuring. If you prefer Celsius readings, skip this step entirely, you're good to go already.3. Press the ON button, you have to press firmly for a second to do this. When you see the "Lo" reading and the "F" on the right, you are ready to use it. Ignore the "Lo" note, it just means the thermometer is currently detecting temperatures below 97 degrees. So just stick it under your tongue. After one minute or so (depending on how well you put the thermometer tip into the little "pocket' at the bottom back of your tongue, it will be done, so pull it out and look at your reading. Press the On/Off button to turn it off.That's all you need and all a digital thermometer SHOULD do. These modern whackadoodles are just ridiculous unless you prefer the no-contact kind due to germaphobia. Otherwise, wash the tip off with soap and water or something and dry it off and put it back into its tube.

I'm so glad that I could finally get a thermometer after everything being out of stock lately. This one had a fair price but I wasn't sure how legit the reviews were. I am an actual purchaser of the thermometer and it works great for our family. It will show the last temperature taken when you turn it on so that's good for tracking. You need to put it under your tongue for 30 to 40 seconds and then it will start beeping when it has the reading.

It does the job but it take about a minute to ready your temperature. I'd imagine thats a long time if you were using it for kids. Other wise it works good

When my ear thermometer broke, I thought that was it, I am not getting a new thermometer until this is over (Being that Braun is price gouging for their ear thermometers here on amazon and you can't find a thermometer anywhere else) until I came across this little beauty. I ordered it Friday and it came Monday! While I was a little uneasy at first seeing all the negative reviews, but this little guy does work. When I got it, I of course cleaned the thermometer and the protective cap with some 70% rubbing alcohol and then put it to use. It gave me a quick and accurate reading and really put me at ease. I think it is great to have during this pandemic!

Very disappointed in this product. It only reads in Celsius not Fahrenheit. It came with no instructions on on to change it or if it was changeable from one reading to another. No instructions on how to change the battery. Took longer then described to register a reading. Beep is very low. Returning this item. Don't waste your money on this item.

Like a lot of folks, I tried to buy a thermometer when Covid-19 hit and this one was both inexpensive and available. Turns out it also works well, reads easily and matched the results I got from the Red Cross when I donated blood. Can't ask for much more.
