The media could not be loaded. I was super excited for this item to come in and it didn’t disappoint. It fit great in my space, it has plenty of hooks and the trunk space for storage, and it looks really pretty. The assembly was the worst part for me. (1) This is definitely a TWO person job. Do not be stubborn and try to do the whole thing by yourself like I did, or you’ll be sitting there struggling for three hours. (2) I had no issues with any missing pieces or hardware for assembly, but one thing the package didn’t include was a kind of tool to assemble everything. All you’ll need is a screw driver, but mine happened to be misplaced at the time, so an allen wrench was used and I struggled majorly. (3) Be mindful of what you’re paying for. It looks sleek and nice overall in the finished product, but the pieces are not the best quality and can be damaged easily, so no drills or over tightening the screws! Overall I’m very happy and I look forward to seeing how long this lasts.

The packaging is very nice and the pieces are all numbered and they include instructions. The only negative thing I would have to say is the new style post and twist mechanism is not that easy to keep in place so you have the metal receiver that just wants to stick out of the wood pieces. The ones that I have in the past kits had the post firmly in the wood so they did not move as you tightened them. As far as the wood they made the wood very nicely with a good paint, so it looks really good and they used wood for the whole thing including the back. Seems like it will last awhile for jackets and sitting on the bench to put on your shoes. Extra storage is nice feature as well.

I love this so much. Took a while to put together and a piece broke while putting it together but I just screwed the side that faces the wall. It's worked well for my kids jackets and bookbags

Put this together by myself in about an hour. Directions were easy. Fits in my entryway well, nice to have it for extra storage and a place to put on your boots.

Well packaged, undamaged, all parts present, good assembly instruction and sturdy design. Lower price on Amazon than other websites showing same article.

I recently purchased this item and, unfortunately, it has turned out to be one of the worst purchases I've made in the last few years. Due to some house repairs, I was unable to install it right away, which meant I missed the return window.Upon installation, I quickly realized that the quality is far from what you would expect for home furniture; it feels more appropriate for a children's playhouse. The top part is particularly concerning, as it’s only attached by two small screws, making it quite flimsy.I attempted to hang my small laptop bag on it, and to my dismay, one of the hinges broke almost immediately. This has made the item not only impractical but also unsafe for everyday use.Overall, I regret this purchase and would advise potential buyers to look for something more durable and reliable. Save your money for a product that can withstand regular use!

The white is more of a cream off white color. The 28" is good enough for a small space and can fit one average sized adult. It seems sturdy and functional to keep an organized foyer mud room area. The instructions could have better pictures to determine which side you are working on, one person can build but its easier to have two people when joining the top piece to the bench piece. Overall I am pleased with this purchase.

It went together nicely but took some time. Perfect for my narrow area. Looks quality for assembled furniture.
