Great Chin Strap
I have tried about five different chin straps and I came across this one and thought what the heck. I'll give it a try. I have to say that it's one of the best chin straps that I have ever found. It's comfortable. It does what it's supposed to do. It doesn't come off easily. I would highly recommend it. I use it because I have sleep apnea and my mouth opens in the middle of the night and I have to use it to keep my mouth shut so that my machine can work properly

The Bomb! I LOVE this!
I tried another flimsy one first and it didn't stay on my head 2 seconds before slipping off. I'm petite and have a small head so I ordered the pink one. I just now took it out of the package and found it is fully adjustable and fits like a dream! I can already tell there's no way it will slip off in the night. I can't wait to use it! I may be using it for a different reason than others. Since the age of 2 years old, I have always been one to grind my teeth in my sleep. It has gotten to the point I'm going to be seeing a specialist in a few weeks because the popping in my jaw and pain is getting bad. I already made a soft, fitted night guard for my teeth which helps (no more waking up in the night to find I'm grinding my eye teeth and chipping them) but I'm thinking this may help to re-position and relax my jaw or prevent grinding at night so I'm going to wear it in addition to the night guard. I'll write an update later about how it worked out, but for now I'm extremely happy with my purchase!UPDATE:After the first night I have to say it did definitely help me with the teeth grinding, my jaw felt good in the morning, but my chin was killing me. I think I had it on a bit too tight, plus there is a seam that runs along the right side of my chin. When I woke, it felt like my chin was completely numb and hurting. It's been hurting all day. I've been applying a very good brand of Lavender oil to my chin to help (Lavender is amazing for bruising, it also works on sprains and increases blood flow and heals nerve damage). I am going out of town for a few days so will probably try it again when I get back but I'm going to wear it looser and see if I can use some foam rubber covered in soft felt material to buffer my chin from the seam. I am really happy that it was secure and stayed on all night and seemed to help but I'm going to have to make some adjustments.

Excellent product for CPAP effectiveness.
Excellent product design. Provides firm chin support to keep mouth closed during sleep to make a full faced CPAP mask function properly. The adjustable strap on the top has excellent Velcro material to keep a firm tension across the head— so as the material stretches over time (due to Dailey usage) sufficient adjustment can be maintained. Over time the product stretches to the point that it needs to be replaced; for me, probably 3 times a year.

Straps
This chin strap failed utterly to hold my chin up and my mouth shut while sleeping and using a CPAP. Granted I have a huge melon head but no matter the adjustment I couldn't get it to keep my chin up when I laid down.

I should have known better :(
I should have known better. This strap-- and most other straps like it--just pull my jaw backwards, when it really needs to pull my jaw straight up. When my jaw is pulled backwards (think major buck teeth!) my mouth is then open and let the snore-fest begin! I purchased this strap to help keep my mouth closed when I sleep, to try and eliminate my snoring. This strap seems to encourage more snoring. On the bright side, the pink color is cute :)

Best of what I tried
This was my favorite of several straps I tried. It fit in place and stayed on. My partner reported that I snored less. But my goal in trying it was to use this instead of CPAP, not just with CPAP, and that didn’t work.

No more dry mouth
I would highly recommend for mouth breathers. I have a cpap but still had issues with dry mouth. When I use this I don’t have issues. It may look dumb, but who really sees you at night besides your spouse, partner, cat, or family 😊
