Loved my Motorola Turbo2 Droid, but finally stopped taking a charge. This Samsung S10 was the closest to size and function. Also not willing to spend some 1k for a new phone. Great quality as well.

you sent me a white phone, it was advertised as black ,not happy but it works will have to get a cover for it

I upgraded from an S8 to this S10 and while my wife owns an iPhone, I prefer the vastly superior number of apps that android phones have available. This is simply the best phone out there. I also watched a ton of reviews about 5G and while it is the ultimate technology, I do not live in a state where we have ANY 5G nor plans to have it anytime soon, so hopefully in 2-3 years when I upgrade again, 5G will be deployed. Until then, I cannot recommend any phone besides this one. Its an amazing phone with an incredible battery life of days, a processor that seems more like a desktop computer than a cell phone, a display that is ridiculously detailed and accurate in color, and 3 different cameras for different photo applications. For $600 that I paid, this is a jewel of a deal.

I was first sent a Galaxy S10e when I ordered an S10. So I returned it and got the S10 as ordered. The screen has some minor scratches but I can live with that for about half the price of a brand new one. It is fast - 8 G RAM. A great improvement from my A12, and the reason I bought it. I just activated it yesterday so I'm still learning all the "bells and whistles." I have found no operational problems with it so far. I question myself whether I should have gotten the S10+ which would have been the same size as my A12 that I was used to. The battery life may be less than new but it is decent. I am happy with it.

Despite both the description on the wesite and on the shipping label of the box as being for verizon, this phone has no sim card. we are waiting for one from Verizon to be sent so we can then tell if the phone works correctly

Phone is perfect, wireless transferred al my Apps and data from an old LG G7 and moved my Verizon SIM card and it's perfect. It does not come with your Verizon SIM card people!! That's what has your phone# and carrier info. You either have to request a new one from your carrier such as Verizon or move the one from your old phone.

I love this phone. Large crystal clear display, lots a good features like text message scheduling, very nice camera, face recognition and more. I'm not one who has to have the latest model phone because they all get old anyway. I buy for quality and functionality and this is it. It's new and works perfectly.
