Folks, I hurt my back and have been going to physical therapy for a few weeks now. I am 73 and am pretty sure that I will need to continue this process at home after the insurance stops paying for this treatment. Accordingly, I am buying products to help me heal.This is product is at least as nice as the one that I use during my therapy and at a very reasonable price..I feel like this is a quality therapy board and like that it folds and fits perfectly in my hall closet.I am not able to use my bed (too soft) or the floor (too hard) and am glad that this product is the perfect height and comfort to do my daily exercises. It take less than 5 minutes to assemble and disassemble, so that is a real bonus when preparing to exercise and put the product away when I am finished.I am really happy with this product and recommend it to family, friends, and others who need an easy to assemble and disassemble place to do your physical therapy at home.Enjoy!

I have always done all my stretching and exercised on the floor. With age this was getting more difficult. I have always wanted an exercise table to make it easier. Then I developed a herniated lumbar disc and needed to spend time on my stomach and back. The couch and bed were not good options.. I asked my physical therapist about purchasing a portable table and she thought it was a great idea. I found this on on Amazon Warehouse for less than $120. It came quickly, was easy to set up, easy to adjust the height, and easy to put away when needed.. It is very sturdy,, I weigh 150 lbs. and have never even felt a wobble. For a couple of months I probably spend about 70% of my waking hours on this table.. I topped it with my yoga mat for extra padding as it probably wasn't made for the amount of time I spent on it. I no longer need it for my back therapy but use it every day for my stretching and strengthening routine.. Great purchase for me.

One of the BEST purchases I’ve ever made on Amazon! I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome so daily physical therapy is extremely important for my condition. But, I don’t always feel good enough to leave the house to keep up with my PT on a regular basis at the center I go to, especially in the winter. So, when I found this table I was SOooOOOoo excited!!!! First, I couldn’t believe how affordable it was & thought it was too good to be true. Upon opening I was overjoyed with the quality of this item, very similar to the ones at the centers I’ve been to - I was stoked! I’d say it’s fairly lightweight to carry around &/or easy to transport in a car if needed & the handles are very well-made & heavy duty. Set up is very simple with few steps, almost like a pop-up. Upon using the table I found it to be extremely sturdy & very comfortable. Very easy to clean when done then fold up & tuck away in a closet or maybe under a bed. My only wish is that it came with a head rest so I could get in-home therapeutic massages. Overall, I am BEYOND thrilled with this purchase, it exceeded my expectations & could not be happier!!! Easy setup.Just open up and fold down the two ends, flip it upright and your all set. I use this massage table to do my routine lower body therapy. You can adjust the height as needed. I weigh about 250 lbs. and this table doesn’t wobble nor show any movement at all. Very sturdy

It is sturdy, well designed, easy to fold up and put away. The only issue is that it came with a carrying bag with straps. The bag is low quality and almost seemed like it was made out of paper. When I was picking it up by one handle off the floor, the bag ripped where the straps were sown to the bag. Making the carrying bag out of something a little more durable would be better. Otherwise, I would have given this a 5 star rating

I tried this table at a relatives house and it was wonderful for stretching on. I felt my bones moving as I lay on it. You can adjust it to other heights if needed and its easy to setup or fold and put away. There are even some metal bars you can attach for a more permanent setup that make it sturdier. I bought this one soon after and now use it regularly to stretch and ease my body aches. Sometimes I use it with a leg and foot compression massager for extra pampering. Also grab the fleece cover that fully wraps around the pad for added comfort.

I needed a general exercise bench and with hip surgery, I can't get down on the floor and up again easily so I got a massage bench because I wanted something I could lie on comfortably and do crunches and sit ups and etc. This is very comfortable--surprised someone found it not so unless the product has changed since I bought it in 2018. Sturdy and easy to use and clean. I leave it up and use it for folding Christmas presents, laundry, etc. Picture online is accurate. Excellent value.
