Incredibly Strong
Incredibly strong. Have had this net up for several years. Had a huge pine tree come down on it and it didn't tear. Only tore because we had to use our tractor to lift the tree off and limbs got caught while dragging the tree off.

Still looks like new
I bought this net to protect chickens from hawks. Since we put this up over the chicken run, we have not lost a chicken to hawks. It has been up for months and still looks and works great.

No hawks are getting my chicks!
Yes this is one of the most expensive options but in my opinion it’s totally worth it. Some reviews mentioned length not matching and I was concerned about the width and it was more than 25 feet. This net is strong and durable and I expect it to last years.

Just what I was looking for for my chickens!
Just what I wanted! I would reorder again if I needed to.

Great for big chicken coop
I got this to prevent attacks from hawks and eagles. The chicken run is 20 x 40. It’s heavier than traditional bird netting but still took 2 people minimum to install. Time will tell if it holds up to the elements but so far I’m very pleased.

High quality
I love this netting! I am so pleased with it. We bought it for covering our chicken run so that the hawks would stop having access. Never tangled once while working with it. Heavy duty, easy to work with and high-quality!

Insanely durable - survived an ice storm
I've had this up for a few years now. It has handled some nasty weather conditions. One nice thing is it doesn't collect leaves. We have cedar trees and maple trees, and the leaves eventually come out of the net on their own during the Fall. You don't have to clean it off. Sticks do get stuck on it, but it's not too difficult to break them and pull them out. The netting has also handled an ice storm very well. Everything was covered in ice, even the grass was encased. This net withstood that very well. The metal supports I had it attached to did bend from the weight of the net/ice, but only a since string snapped out of the whole thing. I am very impressed by how well this netting has handled everything.

My pullets are much safer now
Mainly we needed to keep young pullets in the pen rather than keep predators out.Our open pen is a sort of weird L shape around the coop and not totally squared so laying this over meant putting a post in the middle with a circular piece of plywood on top. We drilled holes around the disk and tied cord to it and then to all points around to the fencing. We tried to find the center(ish) of the netting and rolled the netting down the cords - sort of like a circus tent - because the fence is only 4 feet tall and we want to be able to walk in.The hardest part was a tree inside the pen. Oh yeah, a tree. So I had to cut the netting and wrap it back around the tree, sew it shut with twine, and pull it to the fencing. It looked like a comedy show because it was very hard to gauge where to cut. But it worked. Now my husband has plans for an entirely new set-up closer to the house with a bigger coop and we'll probably need a whole new one. I will totally buy a new one for that area as well. It's sturdy, it can be cut to size without falling apart. And if two old people can manage to get it in an area that isn't squared up and has a tree sticking up through it, then you can do it, too! It's probably not exactly large predator animal proof. They could probably chew through it if they wanted, but it looks much more likely they would become tangled in it and trapped than ever reach your chickens. We have foxes, opossums, raccoons, roaming dogs, and feral cats and we're not worried at all even though the netting is just draped down around the perimeter.Well made. Worth the money if you can save your pennies for it. Gives us a lot of peace of mind now.
