So Good. The best way I think brewing is using the French press, as it needs to steep longer to get all the flavor out. I boil one coffee cup full of water. I add up to 3 tablespoons cacao, and one tablespoon coffee. Pour the boiling water in and follow the direction on the bag. I add the same creamer that I like for coffee to this, and this is so much better than coffee alone, I'm actually hooked on this and don't desire regular coffee anymore. The coffee adds a bit more complexity to the flavor and it top notch, must try.

I have never experienced customer service as amazing as Crio Bru's. Due to a technical malfunction Crio Bru never received my order from Amazon. However I did not know this as my purchase went through and after a couple weeks of wondering what happened to my order I contacted the company. Still no response. Then I contacted Amazon and got a refund for the never delivered product. I was disappointed to not have what I ordered but glad Amazon gave me a refund.Then after a few more weeks I received a package from Crio Bru with my original order plus another bag of cacao blend. Included was a lovely note explaining that due to a technical malfunction they never received my order from Amazon. However please accept their apologies for the issue and although they have refunded my order please enjoy my original order on the house as well as one of their limited edition variety bags.I was astounded! And even grateful my order had gotten lost! I never write reviews but the way they handled this mistake prompted me to write one. They definitely have me as a loyal customer! This kind of service goes a long way with me.

I tried this out with an open mind. I LOVE cacao, and thought this might be a good evening drink, and really it kinda just tasted like dirty water.It was a bit disappointing.

I tried to like it. Even diluted with coffee it was terrible. It might be good for you but it’s only palatable if you dump sugar in it - and I’m not doing that

The item that I ordered was exactly what I wanted. I actually add some of it to my regular ground coffee. It’s delicious and smells great!

This was recommended to me as a coffee substitute that I could brew in my coffee maker. Nay, nay. It stopped up the metal filter, and ended up tasting like slightly chocolate dirty water. It MUST be used in a press or silicone tea bag and steep for at least 10 minutes in very hot water to taste decent. Even after doing so, I still added a tablespoon of hot cocoa mix to it along with cream and sugar before it was enjoyable.

This tastes very nice and is a good alternative to coffee.
