Mjostly all sugar
It tastes like you're taking a spoon full of sugar. It's only good if you love sugar that miuch

Always read the packaging. This isn't gluten free anymore but used to be.
Well it arrived as is. I was however unable to eat this do to being gluten free which this no longer is.The product did not list it was not gluten free only on the package which is why I wasted money instead of knowing it was not gluten free. Which they could of put in the details for the product. As for the value of money it's too costly when you can spend a few bucks at Aldi instead.
