The Mirakel Shiatsu Neck & Back Massager is a great way to relieve muscle tension at home. The kneading nodes and heat feel amazing on sore spots, and the adjustable straps help customize the pressure. It can be a little intense and slightly noisy, but overall, it’s super effective and totally worth it!

Bought this with hopes that it would help my shoulder and neck discomfort that seems to come and go. I was going to a massage therapist for a time and that added up quickly.This little massager is perfect and does the job well for which I need. Highly recommend. I use it laying down across my shoulders and neck and it feels amazing. Not too much pressure and it's not loud at all.

I was really hesitant to try this because I don’t like the usual massage mats, pads or other “massagers” that you typically see because they don’t even really massage you, they just vibrate your back a little. I am very pleased to say that this one proved me wrong and actually works out the unbearable knots in my upper back and neck which to me, is HUGE!! Right around my neck is by far the worst, so when I have someone massage the area that this neck massager targets, you can literally HEAR the click/crunching noises from how much tension has built up in that area. It really effects my life daily because the immense amount of pain I experience. To be able to actually have this massager and not have to pay for a massage, or harass people in my life to massage my neck for relief from the horrific pain, it’s honestly life altering for me! I almost didn’t purchase because of how insane the hype was and I wasn’t sure if it was people just trying to sell this for a quick buck or something, but it is without a doubt worth the money!! I was actually shocked with how amazing it truly & effectively worked! I will say though, it is definitely for those who enjoy a deeper, more intense digging type of massage, where it hurts so good type of relief. If you’re not a person who likes an intense, deep tissue massage where you know you got a ton of knots or years of built up tension that needs to be worked out, you won’t like it.I also really, really love that it comes with a car adapter also so that you can bring it with you wherever you go and can even use it in the car! Especially if you’re one who travels frequently, this will really help with the aches and pains of a road trip or long travel.

It performs as expected. I’ve had it for two weeks now. This was an early Mother’s Day gift from my children. Durability is a 10 out of 10. Value for your money for sure.

the massager was great for the first 1-2 months. everyone loved it, it really helped release neck tension and pain. it seemed durable enough to last but after about 2 months now it just turns off automatically after about 10 seconds of being on. after trying to readjust the cord and plugging it back in multiple times it still does the same thing. i’ve found that sometimes it works fine if i hold the cord at a certain angle but it’s just too annoying to have to find that perfect angle position and then i accidentally move my arm so it shuts off so i have to find another perfect angle and repeat the process and then im just annoyed and don’t even want to use it anymore.

I didn't notice it wasn't wireless, that it's a plug in. It's not much of a problem though, it forces you to sit and relax. It helped my back pain within 10 minutes. I like that you choose the pressure based on how much you tug. My abuela tried it and absolutely loved it that I bought another the same day mine was delivered. I haven't tried the heating yet.
