Bought the Viva Cocoa to make homemade sugar free hot chocolate. In water you need to use more cocoa, monk fruit made with aluose, and definitely need the powdered white milk. The flavor is delicious and makes me think of a gourmet hot chocolate at a fancy restaurant. You can taste almost a semisweet chocolate.Much better made with milk. Less cocco powder and sugar and no need for milk powder. The actually milk ups the riches of the drink. I highly recommend it as a chocolate replacement and will be looking further into what I can do with it.It all dissolves in the adult. I do recommend breaking it up in a bowl prior to use to get it mixed and smoother.

It smells and tastes amazing! I add it to my coffee and it gives me an extra little boost. It’s great quality and a great value.

I add it to my coffee with a little molasses and it's delicious. It's just a teaspoon and is easy to use. The Cacao content is strong, thus it will last a long time. I've read there is many health benefits to using such.
