Handy and Clear
This is a great exercise pack. It’s small in a good way, and very clear to use. I love how they are organized; by number, by difficulty and by workout sets. It’s nice to not be tied to electronics/apps and still be mobile with these.

You know you need to exercise but the minute you start you brain freezes up on you and forget what exercises you want to do.These cards are a no brainer and easy to use. You can just pick a category and do what on that card starting of light or you can challenge yourself with set. In the back of the deck are set and you pull out your set of card for that round and workout to that card. Makes for consistency. Highly recommended

Freaking perfect!
I just had surgery so I have to take it easy for 3.5 more weeks. I just got my cards in today and was starting to get pains from lack of exercise so I picked out a one flame routine card. It was perfect! My son got his cards also, he’s a lifter, and he did a 3 flame routine and it was so hard he did half. So no matter the level they got you covered.
