Mutual Industries Super Silt Fence Kit, 300' feet

Ive done fencing for years... dont know about this kit. In my opinion: Three stars depending on your use and knowledge of fencing... could be 5 star, then could also be 1 star.FYI:31 posts? That makes it a one continuious 300ft run... if you want to do a section here then a section there (not being connected) you will need more posts. It also puts the posts at 10ft intervals... which makes it a low quality fence. Higher quality fencing has posts set at 8ft and 6ft. All terminal posts? You only need terminal posts at changes of direction or elevation. In between changes you should be using line posts... which are smaller diameter and cheeper.Where is the top rail? This looks more like a field fence and not for residential use. You can use it... but, you wont like it.Chain link fence material: 6 rolls of 50ft is 300ft. You will have to weave it together to make runs longer then 50ft... or, do the sections at 10ft (unweaving the wire) if you have the hardware for it. Are the ends folded over or is it barb twisted? Barbs at the top can snag your clothes or cut you if you lean on it. Barbs at the bottom can snag a dogs collar trapping it and hurting the animal severely.Just some things to know... Im not trying to drive you to a professional. Installing a chain link fence is actually easy.
