Awesome!
I started experiencing hot flashes 2yrs ago. It started tolerable, but within the last 7 months they got worse each month. I googled a natural solution & found this plant. I came straight to Amazon & read Other's reviews. I purchased & after 3 days----> I haven't had any hot flashes! What A Wonderful Relief!!!

Good value
This powder is perfect for my DIY capsules. While it is a surprisingly fluffy powder that doesn’t pack down well, it’s probably inherent in black cohash powders, it is still a very good value for the money compared to buying premade caps. The first time I made my own capsules from this powder, they more than paid for the powder and the capsule maker together.
