This is a great facial moisturizer.I've been using this for about a year now, my skin is a combination between dry and oily but it gets SUPER dry in the winter, especially in the cheeks. Ever since I started using this my skin has been so soft and just looks so healthy.I've been asked several types what my skin care routine is and when I tell them that I don't spend hundreds of dollars on moisturizer creams and buy this one for this price, they can't believe it! I've actually turn a few people onto it.It doesn't have any kind of smell, it's not really a creamy consistency, it's a gel, it doesn't leave any kind of residue on your fingers once you apply it and once it dries on your face all you feel is your skin being soft. No greasy buildup feeling of grossness.I definitely recommend this, I do love Aveeno products though, they make good stuff.

I have extremely dry skin that is also acne prone. It is difficult to find a facial moisturizer that does the job and doesn’t break me out. I’ve been using this along with another face cream together and it works better than anything I’ve tried. I love that it is lightweight and non greasy However, I just discovered a new use. I developed extremely dry and cracked hands. Every thick moisturizer I tried made my hands sting so badly. And things like aquaphor left my hands sticky and interfered with everyday tasks. I had the idea to try this and saw on the ingredient list that it doesn’t contain alcohol. I put it in before bed and woke up with soft, healed hands!

Aveeno Calm and Restore is a fantastic product that truly lives up to its promises. Super gentle, not irritating, no scent, absorbs quickly, eases tightness and dry feeling. This is strictly a moisturizer - there are no skin treatment ingredients - but that’s fine with me. My skin looks better since I’ve been using this. This is on the lighter side of moisturizers. In winter, I might put this on first to shield my sensitive skin under a heavier cream for more moisture. This is a very good product and I will continue using it.

Love this product. In the winter, I get dry, flaky skin on my face. Decided to try this as nothing else I’ve tried has really helped much. It is a thick gel consistency, super moisturizing, and does not leave an unpleasant residue. Does not smell and is gentle on my sensitive skin. Since I started using this product about 2-3 weeks ago, I have noticed a significant improvement - the dry / flaky areas on my face are almost completely gone! Container is pretty small, but you only need to use a small amount. I would highly recommend this product to anyone with dry, sensitive skin.

This product right here was the answer to my prayers. Really calms your face when it's feeling irritated.

This is one of my top three favorite facial moisturizers. It has a luscious texture, doesn't have any fragrance, and leaves my skin soft without being shiny. So why did I rate it only 3 stars? Because the packaging is so egregiously wasteful, it infuriates me. They made the outer box big enough to fit two jars but it comes with one jar held in place by more cardboard so it doesn't rattle around. And the jar is the absolute worst. I have posted some images of a side by side comparison with another facial moisturizer so you can see for yourself. The Aveeno jar is larger but holds less product than the other brand. (Aveeno: 1.7 oz in a 2.5" diameter plastic jar; $11.10/ oz at time of this review; Mad Hippie: 2.1 oz in a 2.125 diameter glass jar; $13.33/oz at time of this review) The Aveeno Jar has a double wall creating the illusion that it is a much bigger amount of product. It is a shameful waste of material and even though I love the moisturizer, it makes me so mad that I frequently go to other brands that have less wasteful packaging practices. If it wasn't for the packaging, this moisturizer would definitely be 4 stars, or even 5 for me, but I just cannot abide by companies using resources in such a careless and disingenuous way. It is irresponsible and unnecessary.

Feels amazing! I have very sensitive skin and this did wonders to calm down the irritation I had.
