I really love this cake pan for baking brownies and cakes. It doesn't rust since it's not steel and things bake really well in it! I especially love the lid it comes with as I can easily access what I've made on the counter without needing to fiddle with plastic wrap.

I have probably use this cake pan about 10 times and have never had a cake stick to it. I spray it with baking spray as directed . A box cake fits in it very well and the lid keeps it fresh. I have a plastic cake server from my old cake pan and that is the only thing that I use to cut my cake and serve it so I don’t have to worry about scratches. It’s easy to wash, I hand wash it and let it air dry. It’s rare that I use my dishwasher so I can’t let you know how that would work out.Yes, I highly recommend this brand of bakeware. In fact, I have cookie sheets also and I love them!

These are quality made, bakeware pans. Very satisfied with them. Worth every penny that they cost.

The lid could fit better but the pan is awesome.

Had to bake a honey bun cake for my son for Fathers Day.. I really am impressed with this, easy to use, bakes evenly and really love the top for transporting and storage.. The price is a great value.. Will probably another as I bake a lot especially for holidays....

Very usefull

I purchased two of these pans along with the smaller size specifically for baking goodies that need a deep dish and these pans are just perfect! My review is for both of these items.It is made of pure aluminum which has superior heat conductivity allowing goods like cakes and brownies to rise and bake evenly.These pans are perfect for everyday use, and the lids make it easy for transporting items like brownies for school bake sales or sports events. My lids are all still fully intact but I mostly use them at home for storing left over brownies on the counter. Clean up is also quick and easy; I simply hand wash with hot soapy water.What I love most about these pans are how deep they are (about 2.5 inches), allowing you to make large quantities of food especially for casseroles (potatoes gratin, macaroni and cheese), especially when you don't feel like pulling out your fancy breakable ceramic dish! I have even used it for ribs and roasting whole chicken!Overall I highly recommend these pans. They are perfect for everyday use and made right here in the United States. Grade A+
