Not working After one month, pathetic product, no warranty covers by seller and company

The wire qyality could have improved
The product worked fine during intial 1 month, after that we are facing connecting issues with the wire. The wire is made so cheap that it couldn't last for 30days. Now we have to hold it at the joints of the wire inorder to hear the noise.
