Ordered the black chevron cushion covers and also a fuchsia and a teal yellow pair. The black chevron is only on one side of a hessian material cover and looks amazing. Love it. The others have patterns on both sides but the material not as nice but still well made with piped edges. Minutes after placing the order, I had a phone call from the supplier stating there was a problem with the print on one of the fuchsia cushions. I was offered a different colour but I couldn’t see another colour i wanted. The customer services rep was very polite and helpful and offered a refund on the fuchsia cushions which I accepted. after speaking to someone else, she said she would still send the fuchsia at no extra cost. As she explained, on arrival one of the cushions had a misprint however the second cover was fine. In am my many years of shopping with Amazon, this is the first time someone has taken the time to call me and discuss options. Amazing customer services.

These covers look great in my courtyard garden...they are of very good quality at a great price.
