Beef Bone Broth by Bare Bones - Grass-fed, Organic, Beef Bone Broth, Protein-rich, 1 Pound (Pack of 6)

I use "bare bones broth" as a pick me up snack and it works wonders every time! It's a softly spiced broth that is very settling to an upset stomach or just when you want to "have something". Lots of protein in the broth and NO fat. I love it!! My family does too!!

Ordered for my wife and she says it was excellent -- Rosemary-lemon. She was leery about trying it because a friend had made homemade beef broth and it was awful -- very fatty and greasy tasting. Another friend told her about Bare Bones. While she wasn't enthusiastic about trying it, she did and says it is great and would have no problem recommending it. She says the consistency is very palatable -- not quite as thin as tea, but almost. The taste is excellent and is something that sits well with her stomach. She has an autoimmune disease and issues with digestion.

Horrible taste

In cooking I wanted something with more nutritional value than just boullion. Bone broth is very healthful and healing for the gut as it contains micronutrients not found in boullion or stock. The beef broth also comes from grass fed beef, which makes a huge difference in the healthy CLA content, making it much higher than any broth from grain fed beef. It tastes good on its own (I do season it a little with truffle salt and ginger) and is so convenient to use: ready-to-go off the shelf, or if you don’t use the whole thing, cap it and put it in the fridge for using later!HOWEVER, look at the ingredient list! If you are nightshade sensitive, this product is not for you because it contains tomatoe purée!

This is a very good product

Love it. I've been buying Bare Bones bone broth for a couple years now. It's my favorite for drinking and for using in recipes.It’s GF and responsibly sourced, doesn’t contain additives and fillers, and they have AIP compliant broths.

This bone broth tastes at least as good or better than if you made it at home! You can actually taste the beef as well as all the vegetables and spices used to cook with. Unlike the powdered forms of bone broth, this product has a much fuller "real" taste. It comes in a large box packed with dry ice. I like that each bag is two servings and has a pour spout on the bag. Keep a few bags in the freezer and just take one out a day before you are going to use it. Yum!

I am giving 3 stars because the product tastes good and appears to be of high quality. My problem is that it is advertised as being 90mg of sodium per 8oz serving. The package CLEARLY says something different. My concern is if this is not accurate, what else regarding ingredients, process, quality, etc could also be inaccurate????? I will update my review/rating when I receive some type of clarification...
