Good Morning, Thank you for your question. The regulation options on this product allow you to set a lower temperature, not a slower heating up. The front dial on this product allows you to choose the water temperature inside the tank. The ‘E’ economy setting marked on the dial would get you a temperature of about 55-60 °C. You can set the temperature lower than that if you prefer. Kind Regards.

Q: Can this product be used with a water softener

Dear Customer, This is Not recommended, because of the different water PH, but still can be used with artificially softened water. It needs to be serviced every 12 months and the sacrificial anode needs to be checked and replaced if necessary. At your disposal for further doubts. Thanks, Regards.
