I absolutely love the Moleskine line of notebooks and the dot grid is my favorite layout. Minimal bleedthrough on the pages and strong woven pages make this a perfect choice for avid journalers, especially if you prefer to use an ink gel pen. The cover stands up to travel, getting tossed around in a bag, and repeated opening/closing. Don't skimp when it comes to a journal and go with this brand; you won't regret it.

I am on my fourth Moleskine 5"x 8.25" journal. Love the quality. Fast and well packed shipping. The price sadly has almost doubled now and that is a negative for sure. I will be keeping my eye out at stores for a better price.

I love the feel of the paper even though the paper is not the highest gsm. I am okay with the ghosting and some bled through of some pens/markers. The hardcover journal feels good in my hand and I plan on getting more. The issues that I have is that for being a Prime member, the shipment takes much too long so I will buy my next journal from a different retailer who ships faster even if I have to pay a few dollars more. I expect more from Amazon being a long-term member.

I love Moleskine notebooks because they are sturdy and stylish. I have tried cheaper alternatives that look similar but they always seem to fall apart after use. Save yourself the time and money and by skipping the cheaper alternatives and just get a Moleskine.

This has the worst ghosting I have ever seen in a Moleskine notebook. I usually order a soft cover in this size but I had to order the hard cover this year. Maybe there's a difference in the paper that I don't know about . . .For those of you who know pens: The numbers and days of the week were done with Energel pens. Memorial Day was written with a Flair. The month was done with a Fudenosuke color pen. Focus and Wins were written with Zebra Mildliners.Not pictured: The ghosting was even worse with my Fountain pen. There was even some bleeding on that. In the past, I have been able to use a fine tip fountain pen in a Moleskine but I don't think I'm going to attempt it this year. =(I will try to update a little later in the school year with more pictures.

Beautiful periwinkle blue, great notebook wish the pages were white.

It’s been years I am using this type of Moleskine notebook. The dotter paper is my favourite as it allows me to choose how to draw/write/take notes etc. Wonderful service by Amazon and the vendor! I recommend it!
