I have used these for a couple of years for IBS-like symptoms after I’ve tried many different brands of probiotics. This is the one that works the best for me! I’ve had digestive issues and a very delicate stomach since I could remember, and I feel great when I take these! Also, my local grocery store has the 30 count for the same price...I always just get them on Amazon because the price is so much better!

I have taken many probiotics, and these are by far the best I've ever used! I am a diabetic and must take medication that brings on yeast infections as one of the side affects. I was taking the medication for a while until I could no longer tolerate this problem. Unfortunately, other medications I tried were even worse. I found out about True Biotics and decided to give the medication one more try: I started taking the medication and True Biotics at the same time, and have had no problem with yeast infections: It's been almost 2 months now. I sometimes eat yogurt just in case, but lately I haven't eaten any, and still no problems. I highly recommend this product!

I have tried several different brands of probiotics, most from healthcare providers who sell organic and natural products. I thought the little round probiotics I normally use worked okay. Then, when I was running low on them, for convenience, I picked up a small pack of TruBiotics while grocery shopping. Within 2 weeks, I noticed a positive difference in my digestive functions and my mood. I compared the probiotic ingredients in TruBiotics with those in my other preferred brand. There is a small difference, and for me, that difference has been very helpful. As an alternative healer (Acupuncturist for 20 years) I try to shy away from corporate medical products, but I can give a strong recommendation for TruBiotics. (I am not associated with this product in any way, other than as a customer.) Why not give it 5 stars, you ask? Price - it's rather expensive.

This works well. I highly recommend it. I only have to take one each evening. It is pricey but Amazon has the best price I have found.

It's a bit more expensive than some other probiotics available, but this is a brand that i felt i could trust to be consistent, and was recommended by a nutritionist. I don't often get stomach pain, but I've never been very consistent with stools, and do seem to get heartburn easily. when i am very careful to eat plenty of fiber to try to be more consistent with my digestion, it can easily turn into diarrhea, or at least very soft stools. This product has helped limit indigestion and bloating, seems to help me recognize my appetite cues better, and has definitely helped make me more consistent in bathroom habits, causing neither constipation nor overly soft stools.
