First and foremost, I feel it’s important to note that there is trial and error with dosage. Advising the review readers here to start with a low amount and gradually increase overtime to figure out what works best for you.As far as the taste goes, I’m fond of it. It’s almost sprite-like but with more fruit flavor. I typically wait for the fizz to dissipate a little, as I enjoy flat over fizz. Just my personal preference, and if you’re like me, just let it sit for about 30 seconds or so after it all mixes together. One drawback seems to be that it doesn’t all dissolve perfectly, there seems to be a small amount of the mix sunk into the bottom of the glass each time I mix it. Could very well be user error. Doesn’t take away from the quality of the product in my eyes.Now onto effectiveness. I personally find it to be a very subtle change, but boy oh boy did I sleep like a ROCK after trying this the first night. I wouldn’t say it made me drowsy, but it definitely helped me sleep more soundly.

I have a glass of this every night before bed to unwind and calm my anxietyI noticed others saying it doesn't dissolve, on the label it says mix in 2 oz of warm water, let dissolve then add the rest of your beverage and ice. I warm up 2oz of bubly then add the scoop of calm powder then add a splash of cherry juice and a splash of the remaining bubly, or instead of the cherry juice I add lipton peach tea then add ice. The drink is so good it's hard not to drink more then one glass. And the health benefits is an added bonus.

Totally amazing sleep, knocks me out within half an hour to an hour of drinking it, definitely worth the money and it relaxes you and takes all the stress away from your day

The smell is great but I found adding extra eater made it taste like a diluted sweet tart or antacid. I don't love it but will try with less water next time.

I take this almost every night, it helps me sleep. The flavor is better than the original for sure! To make it better tasting, I add a licorice root tea bag. My husband, my kids and myself take this on a regular basis. I sleep so much better when taking Calm!
