Natures Answer Periorub Topical Rub, 0.5 oz Dentist Formulated Soothing Gel for Teeth and Gums

I have something call Burning Mouth Syndrome (it's as fun as it sounds) and I've used this rub for years. Most of the medicated rubs can only be used two or three times a day and they completely numb your mouth tissue. This can be used as often as needed because it's using natural ingredients. It takes away the pain but it doesn't cause complete numbness. Unlike the medicated stuff, it doesn't taste bitter - it tastes like mint! I honestly couldn't live, or sleep, without this!

The positive reviews on this product are right! This rub saved my mouth and I can eat again! I had a painful issue with the gum area around a back molar that 2 dentists couldn't figure out. After x-rays, deep cleanings and antibiotics (and an empty wallet) all they could do was tell me to come back if it bothered me again or to live with it. Well, I wasn't going to do that. I happened to read about this product on Medical Medium's blog, so I immediately ordered it. I am so happy I did because this stuff works miracles! I'm not kidding when I say this. It works. My gum area is free of pain, I can eat again, the swelling is gone, and I'm one happy chick. I put the gel on several times a day and in 1 day the pain began to disappear, in 2 days I could eat on that side and in less than a week the area was normal. I can't say enough about this wonderful product! I will always have it on hand knowing how fabulous it works.

This gel works well when I get a toothache. It can take forever to get into the dentist, so this helps make it bearable between visits. It fits into my pocket and I don't have to worry about it leaking when I'm away from home too.

My incisive papilla (the little bump behind your two front teeth) was inflamed and I cannot get into the dentist for another 2 weeks, so I took to amazon to look for things for irritated gums. I tried this and the other (more expensive) periospot. I think this one Is better, as it has the phytoplenolin and seems to really knock out the inflammation/irritation I was experiencing. The periospot does have a thicker/longer lasting consistency though. But I didn’t notice an instant reduction in irritation, like I did with the periorub, which I attribute to the phytoplenolin. Either way, for the price I would definitely recommend the periorub over the periospot.

Helped sore gums

After brushing my teeth, some times, my gums are sore and throb. A little dab of this product seems to calm down the throbbing and gives much comfort. Highly recommend this natural product.
