Perfect for Liège waffles
Absolutely perfect size pearl sugar nibs for Liège Belgian waffles. Great product. They are for waffles, not for patisserie, read the description.

Bigger than expected
As mentioned in other reviews, the individual pearls are bigger than I thought they’d be or that I’ve seen on other patisserie. A few minutes with a pestle and mortar helped get them to a more useful size though.

Not what I was expecting
These sugar pearls are much larger than I expected, so not really suitable for what I wanted, to sprinkle on baked goods, they are too large

Chunky pieces, not pearl sugar
Misadvertising, it’s not pearl sugar at all. They are way too chunky to be used for Easter yeast wreathes. Would not recommend them unless you plan to dissolve these in a cup of black tea like Frisians.
